Service Definition:
Provides reliable wired and wireless network access across campus. This service includes network configuration changes, switch management, ISP troubleshooting, MAC address tracing, private IP migrations, and the creation of new network infrastructure to ensure secure, high-speed connectivity.

Examples of Use:

  • 🌐 Report network or connectivity issues to diagnose and restore reliable Internet access.
  • 🔌 Request wired network access to enable Ethernet connections in offices or dorms.
  • 🔄 Perform network configuration changes such as VLAN updates, switch setups, or private IP migrations.
  • 🛠️ Troubleshoot ISP issues or trace ports, devices, or MAC addresses to maintain stable connectivity.
