Phone Update Form

Due to mandatory changes from Microsoft, TU desk phones will require an update from IT by July 31. Currently, all calls come through Microsoft Teams and can be received in a variety of methods. Many TU employees prefer to use computer speakers, headset, or their mobile device in place of a traditional desk phone. To further reduce costs, IT can collect your desk phone for disposal and provide you with a wired headset, if you are interested in making this change.
