Shared Space (X or S Drive) Access Request

File storage is a hierarchical structure used to store data which can include files and folders/directories. The physical storage can be on-premise using a local or virtual server or in a cloud environment.

Options:

• X-Drive - Secure File Storage provides a method of storing Restricted and Confidential Data. Individual and group accounts are available to faculty and staff.

• Shared Space - file system that allows members of the University of Tulsa community to store and share files with colleagues or individuals within the University given permission

Who is eligible to use this service?

Faculty, Staff, and Students.
