Safari Browser – Mac OS
From the Safari top menu select the “Safari” drop down menu, Then “Preferences”
After which, select the “Privacy” tab with the "Hand" icon.
Once selected, ensure that both “Prevent cross-site tracking” and “Block all Cookies” are unchecked.
*When checked, Harvey (Blackboard) is unable to fully load and can experience erratic behavior*
Blackboard settings - iPadOS and iOS
From the Settings app
Navigate to "Blackboard" and ensure that the setting for "Allow Cross-Website Tracking" is turned ON
*When turned OFF, Harvey (Blackboard) is unable to fully load and can experience erratic behavior*
