Adobe Creative Cloud Software

TU has licensed the Adobe Creative Cloud for full-time faculty, staff, and students. TU Faculty, Staff, and Students can use their TUNetID@utulsa.edu username and password to activate Adobe software on Windows and Mac computers. This license can be installed on up to 2 computers at a time.

Signing in to the Adobe Creative Cloud

To access your TU Adobe account, visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com/ and sign in using your TUNetID@utulsa.edu username and password. If an Adobe account has previously been created with this email address, you will need to select the option for "Company or School Account" which will prompt for your TUNetID@utulsa.edu username and password. 

You may also activate your Adobe software by signing in through the Help menu in your existing Adobe software. At the sign in window prompt, use your TUNetID@utulsa.edu username and password.

 

Your Adobe software will remain active as long as you are a current TU Faculty, Staff, or Student.  The Adobe Creative Cloud software may occasionally prompt you to sign in with your TU credentials to validate the license is still active.

Please note the following, with respect to installing Adobe software yourself:

  • Due to the installation size and hardware requirements for most Adobe software, TU IT recommends only installing the Adobe software you need.
  • You may need to uninstall currently installed Adobe software in order to run the newer versions of the software.
  • If you have questions about particular Adobe software or its installation, email help@utulsa.edu
