Administrator Account Password and MFA (Microsoft Windows)

1. Open a web browser to https://aka.ms/mfasetup
   Note: You need to open the browser tab in "private" or "incognito" mode to avoid automatically signing in with previously saved credentials.
2. Sign-in using the new administrator account credentials, typically in the format: a.TUNetID@utulsa.edu
3. The MFA enrollment wizard will begin.  Follow the prompts to configure MFA making sure to select "Authenticator App" as the method. Microsoft Authenticator app is required, SMS or OATH code will not work.
4. Reply to your ticket letting Helpdesk know you have completed these steps.

Once the administrator account initial setup steps have been completed let the IT Department know by responding to your ticket.
