We have many personas in our digital life (For example: your personal Gmail account, your TU Microsoft account, and many others you may be signed into). Among all of these logins, you may begin to experience inconsistent access to your TU services. When you experience these issues, here are some first steps to try:
- Open the site or tool in an incognito (Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help) or in private (Browse InPrivate in Microsoft Edge) browser window so that you can ensure that your TU credentials are used for the service in question.
- You will be prompted to log in to the service. Use your TU credentials and MFA.
Still having trouble? Submit an IT Support ticket for further assistance. Provide as many details as possible about the site/tool you are trying to access (web address, name) and the response you receive (error message or other response).
Tip: On devices that aren't shared, use Microsoft Edge for your TU services and sign in with your TUNetID@utulsa.edu. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/sign-in-and-create-multiple-profiles-in-microsoft-edge-df94e622-2061-49ae-ad1d-6f0e43ce6435
