When using TravelVPN, we have found that Microsoft services that run in the background don’t like to transition to the TravelVPN connection for a long time, if ever. The resolution is usually as follows:

  1. Completely close out of Teams or Outlook, including right-clicking the system tray icon and selecting “Quit”.
  2. Connect to TravelVPN and wait about 1 minute, just in case.
  3. Open Teams or Outlook.

Teams and Outlook seem to be the two we have this problem with most frequently.
