Need to display a second mailbox in Outlook client / desktop

How to display a second mailbox in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go the to “File” menu
  3. On the “Info” tab, click on the “Account Settings” box, then click on “Account Settings…”
  4. On the “Email” tab, highlight your email and click on “Change…”
  5. Click on the “More Settings …” box
  6. Click on the “Advanced” tab
  7. In the Mailboxes section, click “Add…” button next to “Open these additional mailboxes:”
  8. Enter the email address of the mailbox you with to open, and click “OK”
  9. Click “OK” to close the Microsoft Exchange dialog box
  10. Click “Next >” on the Change Account, System Settings dialog box
  11. Click “Finish” on the Change Account dialog box
  12. Click “Close” on the “Account Settings” dialog box
  13. On “File” menu exit and restart Outlook.
