Problem
Need to display a second mailbox in Outlook client / desktop
Environment (ie: Product build, OS, Software, Firewall, Proxy, Internet Service Provider, etc)

How to display a second mailbox in Outlook
- Open Outlook
- Go the to “File” menu
- On the “Info” tab, click on the “Account Settings” box, then click on “Account Settings…”
- On the “Email” tab, highlight your email and click on “Change…”
- Click on the “More Settings …” box
- Click on the “Advanced” tab
- In the Mailboxes section, click “Add…” button next to “Open these additional mailboxes:”
- Enter the email address of the mailbox you with to open, and click “OK”
- Click “OK” to close the Microsoft Exchange dialog box
- Click “Next >” on the Change Account, System Settings dialog box
- Click “Finish” on the Change Account dialog box
- Click “Close” on the “Account Settings” dialog box
- On “File” menu exit and restart Outlook.

Step 1 - Open Outlook

Step 13 – On File menu exit and restart Outlook.
