Get the IP Address:
On the phone press the menu button.
Scroll down and select the about option.
Select the ‘Status’ option.
Note the IP address. Ex. 10.130.51.186
Set the phone to Teams Compatible:
Use the back arrow to navigate back to the main ‘Settings’ menu.
Select ‘Device administration’
Select ‘Login’
Enter the password
Press the three lines at top left-hand corner.
Scroll down to the bottom and select ‘Debugging’
Scroll down and select ‘Switch to Teams Compatible’
Select ‘OK’
Phone should reboot.
Accessing the Audiocode dashboard:
Connect to VPN.
Enter the IP address that was gathered above into the address bar and press enter.
Login as admin.
Updating the firmware:
Navigate to Management -> Automatic Update -> Automatic Provisioning
Change the Provision Method to ‘Static URL’
Delete the information in the 'Firmware URL' and 'Configuration URL' fields.
In the ‘Configuration URL’ field enter:
http://noam.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com
Click ‘Check Now’ to the right of the Configuration URL field.
The system will find the new firmware, click OK to update.
Click ‘OK’ on the system reboot message. The phone should reboot.
Once the phone comes back up, the time zone screen should be displayed.
Set the time zone in the Audiocodes dashboard:
Under the Configuration tab expand Advanced Applications menu and click on Date and Time.
Change Obtain Time Zone from DHCP to ‘Disable’
Update the Time Zone, Time Display Format, and Date Display Format.
Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
Phone should restart and then should have a Teams logo on the display.
If the phone does not restart or phone restarts but you do not see Teams logo then unplug the phone and repeat the process above starting at step 4.
Test the phone:
Sign in by following the prompts on the phone.
Test phone.
