Changes to OneDrive and Teams Storage Limits for Office 365 Education Users
Due to changes implemented by Microsoft for its Office 365 for Education customers, default OneDrive and Teams site storage limits for all users have been adjusted.

- The default storage limit for personal OneDrive and Teams sites has been adjusted to 20GB for all users.

- As of August 1st 2024, Teams and OneDrive sites exceeding the 20GB limit have been adjusted based on their current usage.

Requesting Additional Storage:
- Students and faculty needing additional storage may request it by emailing help@utulsa.edu.
- Requests should include an educational or business justification.

Available Storage Increments:
- Additional storage requests are typically granted in increments of 100GB or 500GB.
- Requests for storage amounts greater than 500GB require additional approval.
