Choosing Your Source:
Most conference rooms we are currently building are either outfitted with a PC, an AirMedia Box, or Both. If a room just has one of these devices, they will most often be connected to HDMI 1. If you are in a room with both, The PC will be set to HDMI 1 and the AirMedia box will be connected to HDMI 2. Use the display remote to switch the source on the display.
Controlling The Camera:
The camera in the rooms will by default auto-frame as many people as it can see. Rooms that utilize a Logitech videoconferencing system will have a remote control that will allow you to manually control it as well:
- 1a. Zoom Control:
- Controls the Zoom on the camera
- 1b. Camera Control:
- Allows you to manually aim the camera
- 1c. Camera Preset Controls
- Allows you to recall a preset location for the camera
