Printing on Campus
TU offers flexible printing options across campus โ whether you're using a university computer or your own laptop or phone. Here's everything you need to know.
๐ UTulsa-Student Print Stations
Send your documents to the UTulsa-Student print queue and pick them up from any enabled printer on campus.
- Print from any device to UTulsa-Student.
- Badge in with your Student ID. First-time users will need to register their badge at the printer.
- Choose and release your job securely from the print queue.

๐งพ Printing Quota
Students receive 1,000 pages per semester. Quota does not roll over. Usage is counted as:
- Black & White: 1 page per side
- Color: 7 pages per side
- Scan-to-Email: Free

๐งโ๐ป Manage Your Printing Account
Log in to your PaperCut Dashboard using your TUNetID and password to:
- View printing history and remaining balance
- Request refunds or transfer credit
- Use Web Print to upload and print documents
๐ฑ Print from Your Own Device (Mobility Print)
Mobility Print supports most platforms including Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android.

The Print Deploy client is already installed on university computers. Look for the PaperCut icon in your Windows system tray.
