UTulsa-Student Print Stations

The UTulsa-Student virtual printer queue is designed for students at The University of Tulsa to print their documents from any device - whether it be a mobile phone, laptop, or desktop computer. This system allows for convenient and secure retrieval of printed documents from various print stations across campus.

How it works:

  • Print to UTulsa-Student
    • Send your documents to the UTulsa-Student queue from any device.
  • Badge In
    • Use your student ID to badge into the printer. The printer will authenticate your ID to access your queued print jobs.
    • First time users will be prompted to register their ID Badge at the printer. Use your TUNetID and password to register.

  • Release Your Print Job:
    • Select Print Release then select the document(s) you want to print from your queue.
    • Your job will be printed immediately and securely.

Printing Quota Policy

Current Term students receive 1000 pages for printing needs at the beginning of each semester (fall, spring, summer). Printing credits do not roll over between semesters.

Accounts are charged for each printed side of a page at the following rates:

Type of Print Charge
Black & White 1 page per side
Color 7 pages per side
Scan-to-Email No charge

If needed, students may purchase additional page credits by completing the Printer Quota Increase form.

  • The cost for additional pages is $10 per 100 pages purchased.

Managing Print Accounts

Printing accounts can be managed by logging into the PaperCut Dashboard using your TUNetID and password.

From the dashboard, you can perform the following:

  • View a Summary of your printing activity
  • View your account balance
