Phishing Email Report to IT Security Team

If you still have a copy of the original message, please follow the steps below. This will allow the IT Security team to read the original message headers and get more information about the email source.

To report phishing attempts:

On a Windows PC

1. Find the email you believe is a phishing attempt.
2. Click on the email.
   
3. Look for the "Report Phishing" button (three dots on the right).
   
4. Click the button to send the report to the IT Security team.

On Apple iOS (Outlook app)

1. Find the email you believe is a phishing attempt.
2. Tap on the email.
   
3. Tap the three dots next to the email.
4. Look for the "Report Phishing" button in the top left.
