Problem

iPad Connection to Shared Space

Environment (ie: Product build, OS, Software, Firewall, Proxy, Internet Service Provider, etc)

Resolution

Locate the 'Files' app on your iPad, then click on 'Locations' in the top left hand corner.

2. Click on ‘Locations’ in the top left to access the menu.


Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the sidebar

3. Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of that sidebar.


Select 'Connect to Server'


Enter The University of Tulsa’s network address, smb://sharedspace.utulsa.edu


Select ‘Registered User’ and enter your TU username and password into their respective boxes.


Locate the 'Files' app on your iPhone and click on 'Browse' at the bottom of the screen.


Tap the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select 'Connect to Server'


Enter The University of Tulsa’s network address, smb://sharedspace.utulsa.edu


Select 'Registered User' and enter your TU username and password into their respective boxes
