🚨 Alert! We cannot support or guarantee the device will be able to connect to TUWiFi if any of the following applies to your phone:
- If your phone is an international model
- If your phone was never sold within the United States
- If your phone is or was jailbroken at any point
- We have had ongoing issues with Motorola phones, some will connect and some will not connect, this appears to be on Motorola's end
On your Android device, open Settings, then open Network & Internet Settings
Open either Internet or Wi-Fi settings. Ensure your device’s Wi-Fi is enabled,

Select TUwifi Wi-Fi network.
For EAP method, select PEAP.
For Phase 2 Authentication, select MSCHAPV2.
For CA certificate, depending on your phone, select ONE of the following:
- Trust on First Use
- TOFU
- Do Not Authenticate
Scroll down and click on Advanced or Advanced options
For Metered, select Detect automatically
For Proxy, select None
for IP settings, select DHCP
For Privacy, select either Use Device MAC or Use Phone MAC
- You can ignore Send device name to network, it is optional
Enter your TUNetID as the Identity (this may be called “Username”).
Leave Anonymous identity blank or as is and enter your TU password.
Click Connect.
Your device should now be connected to TUwifi Wi-Fi.
